The OFL Women’s Committee 2012 March 8th Project reflects women’s spirit, sisterhood and solidarity and the work we all do in climbing over the barriers women face. Both the pin and poster are a work of art that our members and community will wear for many years. The theme celebrates the diversity of sisters in our movement and the sisterhood and solidarity we share in moving forward to an equable and just society – Rising Up: Sisters Share Hope Vision Solidarity.

Posters will be available in limited quantities in both English and French. We will be selling the pins at our cost plus 0.25 cents which will be donated to a provincial women’s organization and, therefore, will offer them to affiliates for the price of $3.00 per pin for orders of 500 pins or more. Orders of less than 500 will have a cost of $3.50 per pin. In order to get the pins produced and shipped to affiliate head offices in advance of IWD, we need to have all orders placed before February 15th. Large orders may be shipped in portions as they are produced.
